What Sentinel does
Sentinel combines available contract, holder, liquidity, permission, and market evidence into a chain-appropriate safety or authority assessment and a separate Adoption assessment. Where available, it also derives an overall risk score from 0 to 100 and provides an AI-generated summary.
It is designed as a structured first read for traders, security researchers, and institutions. Review the dated evidence and unknowns before acting on a result.

Available evidence differs by chain. Sentinel leaves unsupported or missing signals unknown instead of treating them as positive evidence.
What's scanned
Available checks depend on the chain and provider evidence:

| Honeypot signals | Provider-reported sell restrictions, transfer controls, taxes, and related indicators |
| Holder concentration | Top-wallet concentration, excluding contract, locked, and burn addresses when the data supports it |
| Liquidity depth | Same-chain DEX liquidity, leading pool, pool age, and available reserve data |
| Owner permissions | Reported owner, mint, pause, blacklist, and proxy permissions; missing fields remain unknown |
| Proxy pattern | Reported upgrade patterns found through provider, ABI, or verified-source evidence |
| Source availability | Explorer-reported verified source, ABI, compiler, and source metadata when available |
Risk scoring
Sentinel keeps safety or authority evidence separate from Adoption. Where an overall score is available, it runs from 0 to 100 (higher is safer within the available evidence) and maps to Low, Moderate, Elevated, High, or Critical risk. See Risk Scoring for methodology.
